How Local Loop works
A simple way to make connections
Local Loop helps businesses discover people who may have skills, services or support they’re looking for.
Local Loop may suggest potential matches, but any exchange is agreed directly between the people or businesses involved.
You decide whether you’d like to connect, what you’d like to exchange and what feels fair. There is never an obligation to accept a match.
When you’re both keen, you’ll set up a simple Exchange Plan together — a quick record of what you’re each giving and getting, and roughly when. It isn’t a contract, just a friendly way to make sure you’re both on the same page.

Will Local Loop always be free?
The North Shore Loop’s 50 free founding memberships have all been claimed — thank you! Every new Loop we open will still start with 50 free founding memberships for its first approved members.
Standard membership is $5 a month, and you can cancel anytime. This helps cover the costs of running and growing the community.
Nothing will automatically be charged. You set up payment when you’re approved, and we’ll always communicate any pricing changes clearly before they happen.
How do exchanges work?
